"AVR yo whats up guys. I have been doing the football program for the last 6 weeks and have added 6 inches to my vertical leap and feel much faster (I haven’t really been timing myself though). I am super psyched for the upcoming season. I put on about 10 lbs of muscle using your power weight training program which is awesome for me.
